Welcome to April’s edition of the DonsAction Monthly Update. We are now at the crucial point of the season, and we have a lot to get on with over the next few weeks…
First off, we’d like to thank everyone who contributed to our recent fundraiser. We were able to raise over £800 in total, which means we are now able to order 400 red and 400 white flags to use in Block 11. There are 2 main factors involved in deciding when we do the display. The first is our position heading into the game against Sutton; the second is when the flags are delivered to us, as they are coming from Germany.
We also launched the option to sign up to a Monthly Donation last week. This will allow us to have a continuous source of income to produce displays on a more regular basis. Monthly Donations start from as little as £2 a month and there is no long-term commitment required. We have already had a few Members sign up, a huge thank you to everyone who has!
A financial update will be available to read on our website later this week to give members a transparent view as to what we are currently working with.
Looking at things on the pitch, April is going to be incredibly important for this Football Club. 2 huge games at Stadium MK, as well as a trip to Harrogate to look forward to, and we need to win them all. We can’t control how the team plays every week, but we can show them what getting promoted means to us. So, whether it is in Block 11 or on the road, we need everyone united at the next 3 games to give us the best possible chance of getting over the line.
